This page will say a few things about the history of our guild, and of the East India Trading Company it selve!

The Guild History:

The Guild history is actually quite short, sadly.

The Guild began in around the 3th BETA of Archeage. We both started playing in the second Beta.

The Guild then was called the VoC, wich stands for: de Vereenigde Oostindische Company. This was a Dutch Guild, and the nice part was that the VoC was an actual thing in the Netherlands. It was a HUGE trading company with even its own army in the 1600's and 1700's but more of this in the actual history about it :-P

When the Guild was made there was a good 20 to 30 people in it and all very nice active players. We began making our website then as well but this was a basic free website on Weebly.com

After the Beta's many people moved to diffirent servers and guilds sadly so the VoC had quite a hard start.

But even then we had a nice guild with around 10 to 20 people and we all had great fun pvp-ing, crafting and ofcourse doing trade runs.

A few months after that the guild becan to walk on empty. a few very nice and loyal players left because of fights/disagreements with other members and most of them becan to quit.

So the Guild was quite empty. A few months after that i decided to take a break as well. And that was the end of the VoC.

Recently i came back to Archeage and i enjoyed it again, so i started playing again. Sadly this is not the Archeage like in the early months but its still good fun.

I went to another guild with very nice people called Rebirth and after a while i took a break again and they moved to another server (it was a group of friends who had the guild). Seems like i have a curse on me or somethung huh? xD

Then i talked to a Co-Leader of the old VoC (Frozenyuri) about him comming back as well. 

After a short period we both really enjoyed the game again and we started to miss the old times. But we figured it was to hard to get a living dutch only guild in a short period. So we decided to make it international, so more people can join, and our friends can join as well :-). And this lads, was the start of the East india Company.
